You see yesterday I decided to use the calorie counting app that has been on my phone for ages. Every morsel that went in my mouth was documented on that screen. It was interesting to see. But doing things like this doesn't get me thinking about proteins and fats it gets me thinking, "So if one serving size is 29 Skittles at 160 calories, if I was planning to eat 2,000 calories a day and wanted to only eat Skittles how many Skittles should I be eating a day?" That kind of brain magic is the reason it is important for children to do story problems in school. Oh and the answer 363 1/2 Skittles. You're welcome.
